Contract term
- The contract lasts for 6month, and you can renew another 6 month, if you want.
- The case you waextentional fee each time.
- Do not hesitate to ask us about special short contracts like 3 month.
Extra fee for start using
- When you start to use, you need to pay extra fee for start using of half price of monthly fee.
- Extra fee of start using for dormitory will be set according to the numbers of months of short term contract.
Money deposit
- Every student excert short contracts must keep deposital money of 30,000 yen.
- Your deposital money will be spent for compensation the case you damage or broke utensils,or any facilities etc..
- And also used the case shortage of water or lighting costs when you had paid insufficiently.
Cleaning fee
- Dormitory fee for 3 months needs to be paid in advance.
Dormitory fee
- Suspense payment for 3 months needs to be paid in advance.
- The surplus or shortfall will be liquidated every 3 months.(Short-term contract will not be liquidated.)
